Mark Carter
Director/ Co-Founder
Mark has over 35 years experience in IT and consultancy spanning a wide range of roles and responsibilities, and for the last 28 years, Mark’s roles have all included one aspect or another of commercial management.
Mark’s commercial experience ranges from sourcing, negotiating, and contracting large multi-function sourcing deals across a variety of industry sectors, through delivery and management, to renegotiation and exit.
Chris Lucas
Director
Chris has extensive Cost Optimisation experience within the IT & Digital space particularly for the Finance & Insurance sector. He has held a number of senior positions at globally renowned financial institutions, with a key focus in Digital and Cloud Strategy, Big Data Platforms, DevOps Tooling and Application Management.
Chris Coe
Director/ Co-Founder
Chris has held a number of senior roles within Financial Services, most notably as the Global Head of IT Cost Management at HSBC as well as leading the Cost Management and Commercial Optimisation teams at Lloyds Banking Group.
Chris’s experience centres on cost transformation activities, rapidly operating across cost bases for organisations to take cost out and helping to transform the cost culture.
